Shipping policy

All Seal & Scribe purchases are sent fully insured while in transit by either Next Day or 2-Day shipping, with adult signature required. At our discretion, some items may ship only Next Day, however, in most cases you may select the option you prefer when placing your order.

Most orders from our inventory can ship 24 hours after payment is received. In some cases, this may be delayed by a day or two for reasons beyond our control (credit card approval pending, etc.). If your item will not ship as scheduled, we will advise you ahead of time. If you need us to ship the item to arrive at a specific date, please let us know as soon as you complete the purchase process.

If you are placing a custom, made-to-order piece, we will give you an estimate of when your piece will be ready to ship, and will keep you updated as to the status of your piece whenever possible. If you require a custom piece by a specific date, please let us know when your order is placed so that we can ensure a timely delivery. Typically, custom orders may take up to 8+ weeks, depending on the complexity of the order and time of year. However, we will always strive to get your piece to you as soon as possible, but each custom piece is created just for you, and this process takes time.

Upon shipment, we will send you a shipping email, which will include your tracking number. Fedex packages may be held for pick up at your local Fedex station or depot.

UPS deliveries may also be held at your local UPS depot. If you have a preference in shipper for your area, please let us know when you place your order.

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: Please note that any incoming import and/or duty fees are the responsibility of the buyer. We are unable to ship to certain countries so please inquire before purchasing if you live outside of North America, the United Kingdom, Europe, or Australia.
