Contaunt & Trew

Contaunt & Trew

A luscious block of glowing carnelian holds a delightful surprise! An 1800's hand-carved seal depicts a harp with a lady's bust as the harp pedestal, and the motto Constaunt & Trew. This spelling of Constant & True was common during the Tudor period and while we believe this seal to be from the Georgian era, it is a lovely harkening back to an even father time in history!

This seal was selected by our client for a custom necklace, however, we do have a mold of this seal, should you wish a version in hand cast solid gold, or silver set in gold. Please email us if interested.
